I've lost near 30, I still eat what I like, Pizzas, burgers, etc.I just don't have the amount I used too and frequency. I also get a good 30-70 minutes of workout in 4-6 days a week. I just personally don't like following something that says what I can and cant have.....Moderation works for me.

Ive had a bad week too, going 500 to 1000 over on some days. I make sure to get my protein in, that helps. I eat a lot of boiled egg whites and I get shrimp and chicken to load up at lunch to make it through the rest of the work day. When I really have to fight it I just grab my water and drink a lot of it. It helps me,…

I have been knocking out insanity and body pump classes at the YMCA. Along with sometimes spinning and STRONG class. Insanity and body pump are my favorite. 3 to 5 x a week and sometimes two a days
