In my office the bathroom is by the backstairs, so I make myself go downstairs and back up each trip to the bathroom. Helps me get steps in for the day. :)

1200 might not be a great starting amount. Have you tried to set it to lose a lower amount each week to see if that's more manageable for you, then you can readjust later?

There's a group of ladies in my office who do WW. It always worries me a bit when I hear them say things like, "I ate 2 fried eggs last night since eggs are free." Ummm.... The second you tell me I can't have something the more I want it. I'm a big believer in everything in moderation. However, going by my current weight I would say that I need to work on the moderation part more. :D

I think the biggest thing for me is reminding myself I don't have to be perfect. The second you tell me I can't have something I go off the deep end and overeat it. I just have to remind myself I can have whatever I want, I just need to be mindful of how much I eat. Take a deep breath and refocus. :)

I don't understand how the points work. To me it's easier to use this to just track my calories and nutrition.
