Have you tried following your macros and nutrients along with your calories? I noticed a MASSIVE difference when I started doing that. My first week I lost over 5lbs and lost another 1.5lbs the second week. I try to plug in what I think I want to eat and then play around until I get everything in balance.

Follow the macros and nutrients section on the app it’s as important as the calories. I try to plug in what I thing I want to eat and then play around until I get everything in balance. I’ve been loosing weight substantially faster now than when I was just following the calories. Hope that helps.
