I use skinnytaste.com. Gina has a weekly planner and a shopping list. It's easy to change /substitute meals you don't want.

Thank you for your question as I have the same light head every so often before a meal. Will now incorporate a snack in between meals and see if that helps. And if not change the setting for one lb a week.

Hi I'm Lori. And I've been using skinny taste since January('19), before I found MFP. Simple recipes, shopping list and menu plan, perfect for a novice cook.

I'm using a on-line site that has a weekly meal plan and shopping list. I modify the meals to what I like from other recipes there, and check the list to what I have on hand before shopping. Works great for me as I'm terrible with planning.

Hi I'm Lori. First official day here. I found skinny taste site for the recipes I use and was using a fitbit but I think it died yesterday. May just get a pedometer to replace. Going to try to get down 40+ lbs. Wishing us all the best of luck.

New to this site and have been using skinny taste for about a month and a half. Love the Spinach Lasagna Rolls and the Cheesy Rotisserie Chicken Enchilada Skillet.
