  • 39F, SW 67.5kg Well, feeling disappointed today. I have a bunch of excuses but it doesn't change anything. All I can do is try harder today. Yesterday was a rest day after 6 days of workouts, so back at it today. I'm pleased that my strength training seems to affect my running positively. I'm proud of my exercise efforts,…
  • 39F starting weight 67.5kg 22/12 - 66.4kg Nice to see everyone again and close off 2024 in a great way! We got this 💪🏼 No movement from yesterday's weigh in. To be fair I did eat a bit of sugar and carbs yesterday as I was out at the christmas markets hanging out with family. I also went for a 5km run and was on my feet…
  • 39F A good way to end this round! I'm going our for lunch today, although I won't deprive myself, I will be mindful and I wont be drinking alcohol. I also won't use it as an excuse to break good habits the rest of the day. My plan is to go for a run in the early evening in training for the fun run in early Feb, or at least…
  • 39F Getting back to where I was - ate well yesterday and made sure I went for a lunchtime walk and I went for a 5km run as my workout (I'm hoping my injuries will stay dormant and I get train up to 10km to go in a fun run I've done a few times before and always enjoy). Today I will be aiming for the same - plenty of…
  • 39F Well, I had a slip yesterday :( but it's good to see the direct affect on the scale today to get me back in line. I was tired yesterday and had carbs, cheese and sugar. I also didn't walk as much as usual because the wind was unbearable. I did do a work out which is good. Back on track today, even if I'm tired, I need…
  • 39F It's getting hard with the Christmas season to stay on track with nutrition, but I think at least being conscious of what you're putting in your mouth will help some. Also trying hard to stick to daily movement is good. I was sick last week, but started this week well. 18/12 - 66.8kg
  • 39F 2/12 - 67.5kg 3/12 - 67.4kg 4/12 - 67.3kg 5/12 - 66.6kg 6/12 - 66.6kg 7/12 - 66.3kg Pleased to come down again, especially since I didn't work out yesterday, although it was a very humid day so maybe it's just the sweat I lost 😅 going to a music festival today so I will be drinking alcohol, I'm going to try to stick to…
  • 39F 2/12 - 67.5kg 3/12 - 67.4kg 4/12 - 67.3kg 5/12 - 66.6kg 6/12 - 66.6kg I would have liked to continue the downward trend, but that's okay. Proud of myself for still doing a workout last night even though I worked late and was tired. Just told myself to go through the motions, don't give it too much thought, reminded…
  • 39F 2/12 - 67.5kg 3/12 - 67.4kg 4/12 - 67.3kg 5/12 - 66.6kg I caved slightly to the christmas gelato at work but not fully - I got sorbet instead, asked for a small serving, ate small amounts, and probably only had half before throwing it out. It was nice to be able to connect with work friends and not totally miss out on…
  • 2/12 - 67.5kg 3/12 - 67.4kg Heading in the right direction. I ate really well today and under calorie limit, and surprise surprise I felt like I had heaps of energy in today's workout (don't you love that feeling?!). Tomorrow they're doing gelato at work as part of the christmas festivities but I'm already over all the…
  • Hi friends, trying to make good health a more consistent habit, so coming back here to keep me on track and face facts. 2/12 - 67.5kg, didn't eat well today, was feeling tired and down, but I am going to challenge myself that next time I feel that way I use exercise for coping instead of junk food. I did get a workout in…

  • Hello from Sydney, Australia 👋🏼 back for another round, thanks Jaine! This round my goal is to stay within the 64 range as much as possible, maybe even crack the 63's if I could. I will be able to start adding back some easy exercise as my back injury heals, which hopefully will also help. 37F 5ft 7 SW 67.5kg round 225 GW…

  • If you're exercise is mostly running, it's very typical to then be very hungry as a result. I definitely get that when doing long runs. I recommend looking around the internet for some recommendations on how to manage this. It might be something like having a protein shake right after a run or something 😊

  • Thanks for another round Jane! Unfortunately i didnt finish off last round due to illness. I treated myself to lots of snacks and put a lot of weight back on 😮‍💨 but such is life, and doesn't mean I give up. So here I am again, feeling better and ready to get back to eating well and losing weight. This round I would really…
