I’m not begrudging your success (both weeks of it) but you’re doing so on a *competitor’s* site. Can’t you see that? Would I go to a Toyota forum and post how much I like Subaru?

Trader Joe’s has a really good box of dark chocolate called “The Chocolate Passport” or something like that. It has several small bars each one is single source from a different country. Venezuela, Tanzania, Ecuador, etc. If you like dark chocolate, check it out.

There is no single rule.

Forget keto, just use MFP.

Oh dear. Once per day is all that’s necessary. Preferably at the same time in your daily routine. Consistency is key. More than once per day is superfluous and such data will not help you in any way.

I’ve never counted macros. For me, I think they average out over time.
-
So why are you on MFP? Doesn’t WW have its own forums?

Set your alarm earlier and earlier but gradually over some weeks, maybe months. No one is inherently a “morning person” or whatever. It’s a matter of routine.

Chocolate by its nature must have other ingredients to be called chocolate. Even 99% dark chocolate will have cocoa butter and probably some sugar. Pure cocoa powder doesn’t (or shouldn’t) have any other ingredients. I know it’s crazy high in antioxidants but is extremely difficult to eat plain. I’ve tried! If you want to…

Secret? Set your alarm for 5am.

Unless a person offers to give you a ride to the airport or help you move a sofa, they’re not your friend.

No thanks! Like eating a mouthful of wet sand.

9 pounds. My very first month with MFP.

And you don’t have to pay anyone to do it!

I can name one person who failed at it: me. The problem is that I was hungry as hell *all* the time. It simply wasn’t sustainable (and WAY too expensive). There’s no magic in those shakes. Just eat some actual food that has similar nutrients and calories. This was around 30 years ago. I don’t know if the plan has changed…

A forum search for “intermittent fasting” turns up hundreds of results. You can start there.

Is it true that it’s no longer called Weight Watchers?

All pieces of Trix cereal are the same flavor. They are just different colors.

60 pounds in one year is excellent. Not too fast, not too slow.

Forget Keto, have your bread and eat it too. Just make room for it in your calorie goal.

Hey, the Dells are very nice. Once you get past the tourist traps. Door County too.

Good point @kimny72 ... OP, welcome to MFP! No, I haven’t used Noom but once you get set up with MFP (either the app or the web site) you’ll find that tracking calories and the food you eat is quite effortless and best of all, you don’t need to pay any money to anyone. I’ve been using the free version of MFP and for 4…

Didn’t take long to find this gem: “But it’s not cheap. While you can download the app for free and test it out in a short trial, a membership runs about $50 per month and is designed to last 16 weeks, or four months. The app also offers additional services for extra costs, like customized workout and meal plans.”

Care to explain what “Noom” is for those of us who ignore fad diets?
