Even though this thread is oId, I was wondering the same thing and am glad it popped up. I'm in the "healthy" range, but I feel like I got a few pounds to lose. I think I will follow others advice and try lifting and putting on muscle. I can't imagine only eating 1200 calories for the rest of my life.

^The same as the person above. I'm going on a holiday in a couple months and I tried on some of my outfits and my bathing suit and I wasn't happy with what I saw. I want to enjoy my vacation, not fret about how I look.
