During that 2 mile meditative walk be sure to throw in some intervals where are you’re just really throwing yourself into it for about a minute in between about every four minutes of a medium fast walk! Very effective.

The only time I snack now is when my calorie count allows me to. So, if it’s late night but you’re still under your calories for the day do you all feel that’s OK? Or, is there some science behind that being bad for you. I’m in flat line territory and maybe that late night snack is doing me a bad thing.
