I'm in. I was laying there last night sick and tired of how much weight I put on over the course of three years. My starting weight is 309 so I have a long ways to go too. Blargh...we'll get there; one day at a time. =)

Hi and welcome! I tried WW too and didn't care for it too much. I like the zero points food, but their non point items are usually pretty high. I felt kind of restricted. I've been on mfp and on off and found this is the only app that has really helped with weight loss. Good luck on your journey to a better you. =)
