I just started. The biggest difference is I do a lot more home cooked meals, which is a lot healthier in the long run and I know what’s going in my food.

I’m in the same boat as you! It’s rough, but we can get through this! I’m also trying to figure out how to stop. I binge to deal with my emotions and nerves, so trying to not go back to cigarettes either. Trying to find a healthy alternative.
