I drink gatorade zero during my period. The electrolytes help the bloating and it gives me a wee bit of energy.

Female 31 5'6 ~222 at the moment 1399 calories daily average My activity level is set to sedentary as I work a desk job and drive to/from work. I exercise in the evenings for about an hour, sometimes more, and about 3 days a week I walk at lunch. I do not eat my exercise calories back on any day except for Saturday, and…

I had to cut out a lot of sugar recently, but I focused on the types of sugar that I felt I could not moderate. Those for me were candies, baked goods/pastries, and sugary things in my coffee. I also try to limit starchy carbs like breads, bagels, pastas, etc. I mostly replaced them with strawberries and grapes along with…

I drink black silk too! I have tried other brands, usually get them off Amazon and I always come back to Folgers. There is a really good brand of Costa Rican coffee called Britt that I really love. They sell it at Jungle Jim's and on Amazon!

Water with a no-calorie mixer definitely can count toward your water intake for the day. Just like no calorie herbal teas. If someone is experiencing not so great reactions to them, definitely stop. But there are tons of people who don't react negatively to them at all and use them as a portion of our daily water intake…

Yep, I am much more relaxed on my diet on Saturdays. I don't go crazy, but I give myself the mental break from counting calories. I've had success so far, I am down 26 lbs in 20 weeks.

I am a capricorn sun with a scorpio moon. I love astrology. I have been watching tarot readings on You Tube...so freaking cool and its just fun! I definitely follow moon phases, and just so you all know, right now we are between eclipses and mercury is in retrograde. Let go of what doesn't serve you in a positive way, but…

In addition to all the other great insight here from others, the only other thing I could add is are you getting enough sleep? I know when I don't sleep enough or very well I am extra hungry. I definitely second the suggestion about playing around with your macros. Some people feel more satisfied with fat, or protein, or…

check out kenzzfitness on IG, possibly on You Tube too. She posts all kinds of workouts to grow your booty, and create the illusion of a small waist (by working/growing shoulders). She also shares nutrition tips. She has pretty much the exact body you are describing, but she is a bit smaller, around 140.

It's probably just people who think they are cheering you on!

I would log the lower one.

Check out you tube for chair exercises and stretching, that mixed with starting to walk each day - I agree with 15 mins a day - should help a lot! Also, as above poster mentioned, if you have access to a pool that is always easier on the body.

I did it in Cancun too! But, if you get the chance, do it in Belize or Bahia de Los Angeles....Nautilus Liveaboards is a great experience!!

When i'm on my game, this is what I eat every day and I am also on a budget. Breakfast: 2 scoops of my favorite protein, also one of the least expensive i've found, and 2 scoops of a budget friendly fiber supplement. Some other things I've liked in the past would be a piece of fruit, apples are inexpensive where I live and…

I love my Brooks, but I had to try on so many different pairs and brands until I found the right ones, and it wasn't necessarily just about the brand name. Find a good shoe store, specialized, I went to Fleet Feet but not sure if you have those and just try on everything with someone who knows what they're doing. Next time…

oh, also .... I really am not a fan of most vegetables, so this is helping me slowly learn to appreciate them more and maybe even one day like the taste of them!

I love salads in the warmer months! My go-to at Panera is the strawberry poppyseed with chicken but its only available a few months a year. In the winter I crave warm foods so salads like this don't get it done for me. A note about the lifestyle .... I actually have tried to make it a lifestyle lately. I love to support…

As long as I plan for it, I am ok! I know i'll want to eat yummy food when I am drinking so I plan for it in my week, or even sometimes 2 weeks ahead. During the week, i'll add in wine here and there if I have those calories left over by the time I get to dinner. But if I am planning for something like I said, I will save…

When you're feeling icky from bloating, up the water intake, maybe have some green tea with lemon, and seek out foods low in sodium for a few days. The "detox" teas on the market make mostly false claims regarding weight loss, they're over priced, and some of them contain harmful ingredients.

Ok going in the wrong direction :D I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.
