I find measuring my change in waist helps when the scale isn't budging. sometimes when I was gaining muscle my weight platued

3 months but my nutritionist said it is not enough carbs to sustain long term, I had trouble myself with carb cravings towards the end. There's lots of articles I have read online where nutritionists don't reccomend it for your permanent daily diet.

34 here and i feel same, portion sizes are much smaller then most restaurants and not much wiggle room for treats...but after 1 week of this i feel not as craving junk food as bad. so good luck, it IS hard but u can do it! we have more to motivate us at this age, I don't want a heart attack and leave my babies motherless.

to stick it to all the people who have asked me "when are you due?" when I wasn't even pregnant! I learned my belly pooch was either a sugar or carbs pooch cuz after going on a gestational diabetes diet with my first son and giving birth my belly pooch was gone for the first time since I was a teenager!
