Thank you very much. Appreciate that.

Oh shoot I didn't even think of that. I weigh myself everyday and won't be able to for 5 days. I have to say I'm a tad worried about that. Wonder if I can get a cheap scale just for the cruise but then again I don't want to weigh on a different scale either. Mike is glass and delicate. Oh boy I guess I'm gonna have to…

Thank you and you are right. I am pretty in tune to what I need and what works and what healthy I like. I do love the security blanket of logging though. It's gonna be so freaking nice to be on a cruise and not be fat. I'm going in the pool on the ship and can't wait. 😁

Awesome job! I often say its a whole different world now and I like it better here. Great job!
-
Very cool! I cannot wait till I can say the same. Started out 272.6 and I am not 201.8. So that translates BMI wise from 42.7 to 31.6 now. 190 will be out of obese territory. Great job, hope to join you very soon!

Whew feeling much better this morning. 203.6 on my weigh in, back on track. Now I have to really be extra careful and do things right to push through my low of 202.6 and break the 200 mark. I want to see 199 on that scale.

Thanks for the info. What funny too is I have a very physical job. In the summer and fall I mean very, very physical. In the fall I will take 15,000 to 20,000 steps a day Monday through Friday from October to late December. I'm just gonna cool off and take one day at a time now. What do problem young of quinoa on a diet. I…

That should say I was surprised by today's weigh in. Can you edit posts you make because I don't know how if you can?

Thanks guys for the info. A ton of interesting info to chew over. Oh yesterday it's funny because I did 45 minutes to an hour of cardio. That is why I was not surprised by this mornings weigh in. My diet over the weekend was not 100% on point. I do know that. It wasn't awful just not exactly what I typically do. Thanks…

Thank you, appreciate it. I'm happy where I am but not satisfied. We have a wedding August 24th and I really, really want to be at least 195 by then. Don't want to do anything drastic though either.
-
Yeah, I think this an answer. I haven't run or walked lately because my job is very physical especially in the summer so I figured let that do the calorie burning. Maybe add in 3-4 walks a week again.
-
I actually upped my calories a good while back but continued to loose weight just at a slower pace. I upped them because I'm so close. I'm not gaining any weight, I'm just stagnant. Maybe I'll bog down and cut 200 calories?
-
I started at 272 and I'm at 202. Goal is 190. Thanks guys. I may have to change something up but this really has been working. I don't want to cut calories. I'm good what I am.
-
Oh yeah you are 100% right. Just find it funny and curious what others thought of this strange phenomenon.
-
And today I'm down again to 203.0. I'm hoping tomorrow I go past my lowest time if 206.4. of course you never know where that scale will go. 🤣
-
Thanks for the reply. I'm not in Keto so carbs are not a problem for me. I'm sticking with what I'm doing. Yesterday I was 205.8 and today 203.4 so who know what the heck is going on. Just push through it.
-
Thank you for the suggestions. Yeah best not to over think or just think about it too much at all. Easy to say, harder to do.
-
Thankn you. I'm not sure in ready to drop but I might be. It might be one of those get close to your low, go back up a bit and then drop. Never can tell right?
-
That is exactly how my whoosh keeps going. Bounce around between my lowest weight and up a few to as much as 4 pounds and then all of a sudden one week I fall to my lowest and down 3-4 pounds after that. Its like that hard work you put in with your diet and exercise catches up to you. Just this week I was getting VERY…

Boy you guys are right, when you are right you are right. I started to panic and really get annoyed this week with the scale. I didn't change anything or lower my calorie intake because of this thread. last 3 days on the scale in the morning I was 205.2, 205.4, and 205.8 which really annoyed me. But this morning 203.4.…

I don't know scientifically but based on how others describe the woosh effect I know.
-
Well I am not on a Keto diet but have lost 70 pounds since last July. I am constantly in a "whoosh effect" scenario now. I get to a weight I'm super happy about and pumped about and I bounce around for weeks within 3 or 4 pounds of that weight. Then all of a sudden over a 3-4 day period I'll go down 3 or 4 pounds. Its a…

Yeah usually I take everything in stride but the last week have annoyed me. I guess I just got a little too annoyed this morning and posted. 😁 I'll stick with the plan.
-
Thanks guys, I may get a rugged fit bit type device. I wish there was a way to know exactly how many calories you burning in a day. A implant and scan it at the end if the day with phone would be so cool.
-
Yeah your right, I just had a moment of insanity. I'll keep doing what I'm doing. It's pizza night tonight and in not giving that up. Around 60 pounds down I started doing pizza night on Friday. My 6 year old son loves pizza party Friday.
-
I guess I'll just push through. I'll give it about 3-4 weeks and see what's going on. I'm still not going over 2,000. I think I'll cut it off there.
-
I started weighing every day any 3 months ago and I knew it would be an up and down thing. By MFP .5 pounds a week they have my calories target at 2,500 and change. I usually do 2,000-2,100, maybe 2,200. Maybe it's the change to weighing everyday and upping calories and I just need to get used to ask that?
-
Yeah I thought of that too. Guess more just freaking annoyed. The trend over the last month is more fluctuating better 203 and 206 roughly. I thought I'd see 199 by now. I really want to see 199 on the scale really bad. Thanks for the reply. What you say makes sense.

Excellent info, how much do those go for? I'll give it a shot.

Oh yes, I put peanut butter on the last banana of the day a few times a week. I have some natural peanut butter where the only ingredient is peanuts.
