Daily weigh ins are the way to go. Shows all your ups and downs and is way better for keeping on track. Shows you the effects of water retention etc after a day of cheating also which can be an eye opener to people.

I would slowly start adding calories until you see a gradual weight gain. try for 1to 1.5 grams protein per lb of lean body mass and adjust your carbs and fats to whatever puts you at a good energy level. I have my goals set at 45% protein 20% fat and 35% carbs.

You can keep it in the fridge up to a week, but usually if I am going to prepare it for the whole week I vacuum seal half of it (Pre cooked) and throw it in the freezer. Vacuum sealer is a solid investment for meal prep for sure. Especially if you don't have time to do 2 prep days.

Just getting back into the swing of things. Lost 50 lbs last time then gained 20 of it back. Just started a new profile and looking to lose another 50 lbs before reverse dieting next fall.

I lost 50 lbs mainly worrying about 2 things. 1) Not going over my daily calories and 2) Meeting my daily protein goal of 1 gram per lb of body weight.
