Daily post Saturday 15th Nov Track -yes Calories- over Exercise- no Had a bad evening today wine and crisps amongst other things but 1 day out of 7 so onwards and hopefully downwards on the scales 😁

Daily post weds 13th Track - yes Calories-slightly over Exercise - 10,000 steps Slight over on calories but I'm on 1200 s always allow myself to 1400 for flexibility as sometimes 1200 just isnt enough and I seem to be losing on 1400

Been so busy last couple of days completely forgot to do daily posts bug stuck to calories and tracking no exercise buy have got 10,000 steps in each day and hoping to lose couple of pounds Tomorow. Hope everyone has had a good weekend
