  • I am on the same boat with cravings! But I am a compulsive eater and I eat when I am bored or stressed (basically all the time). Especially if I keep junk food around. I would say, don't fight cravings. The more you do, the more you are going to want something. Instead try to keep healthy popcorn, or low cal candies around…
