I am 53kg also and I get at LEAST 130g a day, 130g is my target to reach (1300 cal a day as I’m cutting) and in 6 weeks, doing 1 hour upper body strength training 1 hour lower body strength training per week (total of 2 hours!) my whole body has changed completely lost 50% of my body fat and I have definition all over my…

Thank you for replying. Yes I think your right, I am due my first photo since starting with my PT 6 weeks ago... so I am looking forward to seeing how my body has changed in this time as I’ve not taken any photos myself! I think I’m more worried about it coming off quickly and not realising how my actual body shape has…

That is very true. I do intend on carrying on, and once I get to my goal weight (I have 4/5lbs to go) I am going to raise my calories slightly every week until I get to a place where I’m at maintenance. I will still carry on with logging as number one I’m awful with portion sizes and could eat more then any human…

Thank you, I will try that weight trend application that links to fitbit. Ok, I really didn’t realise that. I’ve noticed today that my steps go up when I move my arm around a lot which is very annoying! I’ve just got the new SE charge 3 and it’s still doing it so it wasn’t my old model. Anyway thanks for you help. :)

Thank you for your reply. I used an online calculator and measured my own body fat and it came up with 25% if that’s what you mean about a weight trend app? I will try that, I’m at around 20% deficit which is 1331 (I eat 1300) my TDEE is 1663 based on the calculator so if I added 250 it wouldn’t be much under that. I…

I should also say, I’ve been on strict 1300 for 5 weeks which is where I lost 4lb - before that Dec/January I was around 1300-1500 (not too strict on myself) & lost the first lot. It seems being stricter is having less of an affect now. 1lb a week was great, but now it seems to be going up if anything I’m anywhere between…

Thank you for replying. I didn’t know you could log that, that would then we loads of extra calories on top of the load fitbits already given? I agree though, I think I do need to try and find what’s right for me. I never add any exercise I do in on here, always assumed Fitbit accounted for it due to the high number of…

Thank you for replying. Yes since the beginning of feb I have been on a strict 1300, from 1st Jan till then it was never above 1500 (apart from a couple of times but still under maintenance) I’ve been looking around on google now at refeed days and it mainly says refeed says are for people under 25% body fat & people who…

Hi, I’m so glad I found this thread I hope some one can reply to me. I’ve just watched the video and am delighted he talks about small females quite a lot which has given me a lot of info on this! I a 119lb, 5ft female with 25% body fat (roughly as I only measured myself & used an online calculator I really want to find…

You get used to the hunger after a while! Your body adjusts and fed used to the timing & if you are eating whole nutritious food with lots of protein in the time frame you give yourself you should be good. I eat at 11/12 and stop dead at 7pm haha! Need to eat later so I can sleep without feeling hungry. Good luck
