The harder I exercise the better my handling of my anxiety! I’ve been able to go to sleep without meds for months now and no attacks at all. I feel SO much better after some sweat therapy!! Also, I am on a medicine for my PVCs, and also watch my caffeine intake. Message me anytime!! 😁

I do not eat before my 8am workouts. I grab my preworkout drink and sip on it while I play Mom Taxi and drop the kids off at school. Normally I don’t eat until I am done working out. If I am unusually hungry before I will grab a banana or some toast with pb.

Hey y’all! AmyBeth here...44, mom of 5 and Grandma of 6!!! Started the gym in October of last year, and now that it’s become a good habit and I have gained strength and a routine, I am focusing on my calories better to see the scale number go down.
