I just re-committed yesterday. I lost quite a lot of weight a few years ago following a KETO diet, and using MFP to count my calories. I've gained quite a lot back LOL, so now I'm at it again. I'm going to exercise more this time; starting with tracking my steps for a 5K per day goal. We've got this!!!

SAME. I had lost a lot of weight pre-2020. I felt fabulous. While I was never quarantined (essential worker), I ate like I was! Way too much ordering in, and not enough exercise. Needless to say, I've gained back over a 100 of the 140 pounds I had lost. I know what to do, and how to do it--I just have to keep myself…
