CurvyEmmy We are all in this together. I’m fairly active but not active enough. My problem is consistent calorie logging. I’ll lose weight one week and the following week I generally gain that back plus a pound or two. It’s nothing but a vicious cycle for me. As far as exercising, start small. Just walk. Even 5 minutes at…

Tigerlily0626: I track my diet but I’m just very inconsistent with it.

I did. I always love spending time with him. Due to work schedules and kids, we don’t always get that time for the two us to go bomb around and have a lunch date
-
@ amioc not great. I started this last week good then hubby took a day off mid week and then it threw off my whole week. I did enjoy spending the day with him though

Sounds good guys. I’m in. I work retail so my work schedule is never the same. I think I use that and my constant need to do housework as my excuses. I know what needs to be done. Sometimes I think I just lack the motivation. I don’t like what I see when I look in the mirror so I know I need to get myself recommitted.

Age is just a number. Lol. I’ll be 47 in 5 months

I’m in! I t have trouble being consistent in logging my calories. I think if I could be more consistent with that I would actually see some of my weight come off. Lol

Having thyroid issues doesn’t mean the scale won’t move. It just makes it tougher as we have to work harder. I’m not on meds for mine but I have half of mine. I had a nodule that went hot a few years ago and opted to have half removed instead of taking medication. I struggle every day with diet and exercise to help make…

nikkit321 I’m in the same boat. If I seem to be doing “okay” during the week, I sabotage myself on the weekends. Especially if my hubby and I are both off work. Just about every weekend seems to turn into a cheat weekend for me. It’s no wonder I can’t make any progress on my weight loss.

February starting weight: 181 February goal weight: 176 Final goal weight: 115 I weigh weekly so: February 1: 181 February 8: 181.6 Not off to a good start. Hope to do better with my workouts and food tracking this week. Weekends are usually the death of me. Lol

February starting weight: 181 February goal weight: 176 Ultimate goal weight: 115 February 1: 181 February 8: 181.6 Really need to do better at tracking my meals. I always seem to slide on the weekends. Especially the weekends where my hubby and I are both off because he usually cooks for me, at least breakfast, and we…

Huango I wasn’t sure how to make a reply to your post, but I have the exact same issue. I lose weight slow and I’m only a half inch taller than you. Lol

I haven’t actually tried them yet. My initial plan is to try and use them to help me lose weight and tone. But if I like them I may decide to stick with them.
