yes! I totally agree, have you been faithful the entire time? I am so bummed, I went on a weeks vacation and everyone told me just relax and I did horribly and gained 9 pounds alot was to much salt and not enough water but now just want to get back on track to where I was and still 5 pounds up, I guess I was just wondering…

just log and keep track of your food and exercise like normal and maybe have just one cheat day a week...wish i would have done it because I know it works!!!! Good luck and enjoy!!:flowerforyou:

We were at Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood studios....Kinda tricked myself into thinking with all the walking that I could relax! turkey bacon is just plain nasty and gritty! I eat regular bacon and add it to my food diary...bacon is yummo! Nothing is off limits as long as you track it and dont go over and exercise...its a way of life! I Love it!! :heart:
