I was a 24 just this past july, I have lost 26 pounds and now can wear 22's and some bigger 20's still have a long way to go but mfp rocks and is a great tool! :)

Hey! :D my weigh in days are Mondays...is that ok?? I really pushed myself last week, I did 30 minutes in the Arc trainer and did the ciruit trianing, those were my challenges, instead of the treadmill and bike! not sure where you live but I was getting a salad at wendys today and they are selling 10 free mini frostys for 1.00, they are cute little coupons made for halloween, buy some of them to give out, also Mcdonalds sells french fry ones as well! those are safe, healthy and fun!! :D no prunes silly!! lol:laugh:

omgoodness...I found a great find at the store, its a light kraft mayo made with olive oil and it has cracked pepper throughout it, I use oven roasted chicken breast on any kind of low calorie bread and this mayo... it has 45 calories and 4 grams of fat in a tablespoon...its a great find! :) Also I loooove fat free borden…

If you want breakfast you can get eggwhites and whole wheat toast, I take my own butter spray with me when we eat out, then you get plain baked poatato, or veggies or whatever and use the butter spray! I am sure the waitress would be able to accamadate!! good luck! :)
