  • So happy to hear from you Cloe😍 wow, 7 days a week?! I still don’t know much about workout, so when I come to the gym I do two 15min workouts with my fav youtuber Emi Wong, usually for legs and arms (because these are my nightmare🤣). After that I do some cardio like 20-30min of slow pace run. How about you girl?😁😁
