I got a Fitbit Sense and bought an adjustable band that fits it so I have the option of wearing on my wrist, upper arm (when at the gym) or on my ankle (when swimming). I haven’t tried it out yet but have high hopes

That is about what I am averaging also. But what I also do is take measurements ; bicep,thigh,waist chest/bust, and hips are the main ones. I take these once a month and have lost almost 3 inches overall. Measurements are a more accurate gauge to getting in better shape I think. Keep it up and you will get there!
