I’ve had PF two times in my life. The second time it last about 8 months and I figured I’d need a surgery or procedure. I tried different massages and other things. But I ran across this video and it helped after one time. Maybe it was a fluke. Idk. But any time I see someone mention PF, I share it with them. Good luck.…

Mid donkey kick…not much of a flex but fun to visit other locations💙Plus today’s location had a puppy! I should be able to go to 4 different locations this week and I’ll pick my favorite one to repeat on Friday.
