Hope everyone is staying on track :) I know it's hard during the holidays and I had a setback yesterday where I ate and drank EVERYTHING in sight. Back at it today....it's okay to fall down, just as long as you get right back up and keep going :)

Today is day 2 of my new diet/exercise plan. I thought it wouldn't be enough food yesterday but turns out I didn't even eat all of my 5 meals I am given. I was fitted a few years ago for proper shoes, turns out that was only half my problem. The shoes are great (Ghost by Brooks) and have helped my knees! I am trying to cut back on the amount of alcohol I consume. I use to drink every day of the week but now I have cut back to maybe 2-3x a week. It's a start for me, better than nothing I suppose :)
