April 2 Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I took a 2 hour walk. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes I did. Loving MFP!

Date- April 1 Exercise- Yes. Power Flow Yoga in the morning and short walk at night Calories- Big breakfast out made for a tight day, but I made it. Tracked- yes

Hi! I'm new here. I've been on MFP for 3 sold weeks and it's been a great intentional change. I'm 11pounds into my 100 pound journey.
