Honestly hun; any movement is good. Stay active; stay healthy.. enjoy life. don’t focus too much on anything else but your health and well being. Walk, play with your grandkids, hula hoop.. keep moving everyday. your heart will appreciate it. Keep a well balanced diet of green veggies, protein and healthy fats in your diet

It’s a huge debatable topic. that’s what worked for a lot of my clients; and so I implant it. gaining some muscle vs gaining muscle to reach potential
-
Like I clearly told the poster; work around the injury; if it aggravates it, don’t do it.
-
no; don’t dwell on it. There’s no need to fix anything, get back on track.
-
Yea it’s ok; it’s vegan protein; it’s food.. in form of powder.
-
From experience; no.
-
1 gallon a day is an ideal water intake

The is the thing, I don’t have to; unless the OP asked why. I don’t get paid for this so if anyone else agreed with it then oh well; it’s open forum; I’m not here to debate

I can because I have the answers, now if ppl want to take them or not; that up to them. most of these ppl arguing with me and disagreeing with me can’t even get themselves inshape. I’ve met there ppl in real life. The ones that know it all but they watched a YouTube video

I’m not sure how aren’t you hitting your protein goal? Drink more protein shakes or what you have. Instead of 2 scoops; add 3. Add 4.. Is the reason that you aren’t hungry or you can’t use lots of vegan protein powder because it’s expensive? What’s the reason

I’m here to help ppl; you can disagree with the advice I give; if they want to take it, fine; if not that’s fine too. it’s free and free speech. Don’t come into my thread to argue with me cause I don’t care what you have to say. you can disagree all you want.. I’m not here for a debate; I know my stuff and I got many ppl…

I’m gonna assume here that visible abs means you’re trying to lose fat. I’d lower your calories to 1600 a week. Leave your rest days and workout days the same, if you’re always going above your fat intake; why don’t you increase your fat intake and your lower carbs? You have to hit your protein intake, it’s very essential…

Thanks assistant. I missed it.

Been a week since they lost weight? Been a week since they started dieting? Been a week since they started working out? What’s a week. I swear so many haters when you try to help ppl. It’s funny
-
I’m sorry ; what is your goal ? And how did you calculate your calorie intake?
-
it’s hard to tell you if you’re gaining muscle but you probably could be But it seems like you been getting results. Losing an inch of your waist and you do look different. It is hard to gain muscle on a calorie deficit I would stick to one calorie intake instead doing 1400-1600, so it’s either one of them and sticking to…

That’s a form of progressive overload; taking sets to failure. you can take a set to failure with lower weights; it’s the idea of stimulating the muscle so it can grow. injury only happens when you ego lift and lift weights you’re not able to lift.
-
I’m not going to debate this. It’s silly and you’re looking for an argument, this is my last reply to you. If you want help; I’ll be happy to help you. Like I said before it’s hard to evaluate his weight loss when we know nothing about him/her nutrition. I also mentioned that there’s many reasons why there’s no weight…

There’s no risks in sprinting on a bike or elliptical. All my clients do HIT and none of them get injured. she’s a runner, she’s been using to high impact exercises. the reward is 100% with zero injuries Should I tell her not to drive to the race because she might get into an accident too? Or not exercise at all because…

any workout programs are good if you are consistent with them. Choose one and stick to it for 6 weeks and if you like it, continue with it you can do upper body, lower body; upper body, lower body, rest for few, and repeat. Take all your lifts to failure. 12-10 reps, life heavy with good form and keep your protein high.…

Did you put that your goal lose one pound on the app? Cause it should automatically calculate it

A lot of people don’t understand this concept. Let me clarify few things. 1st toning requires weight lifting, no questions asked 2nd toning up also requires you to lose fat 100% 3rd to tone up; you need developed muscles under your fat tissue so when you lose the fat; the muscle will make you look toned. Which brings us…

I would do 3-4 weight training a week. 2 days upper body, and 2 days lower body or 2 days upper and 1 lower Once you get results you’ll be addicted and you’ll never go back. but diet is what 70% of what your health revolves around as well; don’t forget that!
-
Being under weight doesn’t mean you have low fat percentage. When you get to 6-7% body fat then evaluate your waist line
-
You’d be surprised when you lose all the fat around your waist; how much small it is
-
Damn you juicy .. Lol😂😇

I would high suggest to get a cheap membership but if you don’t want to There’s so many exercises you can do with Dumbells. there’s so many exercises to mention here but if you type “only Dumbell exercises” on YouTube you’ll get 1000 hits. But remember nutrition is 70% of your fitness plan

Thank you man. Cardio is a great addition to either gaining muscle or losing weight programs It increases appetite if you’re gaining muscle and eating in a calorie surplus and it is great for burning calories if you’re trying to lose fat I would start at 3x sessions for either goals and only go up if I’m trying to lose…

I use premium protein from Costco ; i love the flavor and it’s easy to drink on the go. No powder; no shaking , the vanilla is great and it’s a cheap protein For baking i use Quest unflavored protein. I don’t bake with protein but I make pancakes you can build muscle with a low protein diet. you also don’t have to eat it,…
