I have a standing desk, I also go for walks and circle each floor (we have 6) taking the stairs in between, and try to do that at least 2-3 times a day on the days I’m in the office. I also try to go in early my workout clothes on non busy days and head straight to our work gym and get in a quick workout before starting…

I have a standing desk at work, I set a timer and go for walks around the office at least 2x a day curling each floor and taking the stairs (we have 6 floors) and whenever I can I go in to work in my Gym clothes (early) and get in an early morning workout to start the day.
