Had a rough weekend. No excuses for the bad choices I made. Back on track and was able to track all my food, stay within my food goals and get a 20 minute walk in

Hi there! I'm new to the group. I was recently with Weight Watchers. I lost 14 pounds but the recent muscle gain was not showing any changes on the scale. I decided to save myself the money and decided to join MFP. Super excited for this new challenge!!
