Started yesterday with day 1 of Original Insanity (I havenโt done this one for years!) and realised how much my fitness level has changed. Oats for bfast, homemade tomato soup for lunch and 2 egg Frittata for tea. Drank a TONNE of water: Down 2lbs this morning ๐๐ฝ Current weight: 165lbs We are going in the right direction!
