  • I started a week ago and have lost 5.8 lbs. 300 to 294.2! Would love some more people to help me stay accountable. This app was a real eye opener as far as telling me how many calories I was really eating...helps explain why I was never successful doing it “my way”...
  • Same boat. Haven’t figured out how to send friend requests though. Need help getting motivated to workout after work and not eat bad food for lunch. Just got accepted to be an NCAA football referee. They said I had to lose about 60 lbs by end of August. Help!
