I'm just at 5'4 and my goal weight is 145-150. I'm 173 now. I have an athletic build, and never was petite.

I started Feb 18th of this year counting cals. I hate doing it, but it works. I also incorporated working out 3x a week, then increased 4-5x. In one month, I lost 7.1 pounds of fat, and gained 4 pounds of muscle. I do not cut out food groups, and allow a cheat day or two. This is what works for me.
