Daily post 21st Tracked: yes, but it was all guesses as it was a potluck type day :/ Calories: 800 over per my best guesses Excercise No :( Going to be a crazy week in grad school trying to advance to phd candidacy. At least I have taekwondo tomorrow!! Can't wait!

April 19th daily Tracked Over goal in calories (still barely under maintenance) Excercise Friday is my rest day, so just 12k steps at work.

April 18th daily post Tracked: yes Calories: way under (double burn at taekwondo, meant 2000 excercise burned, ate about 600 of them back, which left a 1400 calorie deficit for the day) Excercise: yep, double burn Thursday! An hour of CardioKICKS and an hour of taekwondo.

15th daily Tracked Under! Day 5 of taekwondo!! I earned 2 competency stripes today!! (I did about 6 months 8 years ago, so what I knew came back. The other stripes will be much harder, lol) Need to get that water down.

4/3 Tracked: yes, but almost didn't. Took a lot of effort Calories, under Exercise, 13k steps (way above my average 7k) - walked to lunch Goals tomorrow: housework. I feel more motivated to better myself when I'm happy with my space.

Biomathematical April 1st week Monday PW 311 CW 315.6 Period started yesterday and was traveling last 3 days, I'm fairly confident it's mostly water and bloating, so not too upset. Just feel bad for bringing the team down.

This is my story. Minus the kid. But the weight cycles are nearly identical. I was at 311.0 this morning and now i'm ready to do this for the last time. Please add me as a friend if you want :)
