Going from 221.5 to 217 lbs! At first it was 252 to 230, then 230-227, then to get under 225, then now to 217 :)

Thank you for starting this thread. I think it's really important to remember that this is one day at a time. It's so easy to get overwhelmed. I'm at probably 250 right now and want to get down to 145, which is what I was in my early 20s.

IN! I'm 247 and want to be 165. My closest goal is to just get back down to 220 and then 195. I've gained so much weight since 2014. UGH
