I'm exactly the same way. I need to weigh every day. Right now my weight is two pounds up but hopefully that will come down soon.

I have a similar dilemma but most likely I will go with the Y because I want to be able to exercise in the pool. Theres no pool at Planet Fitness.

I don't weigh things and so far I havent had a problem. I did realize I was eating too much butter when I started though. Anyway, I would try not to use your extra calories from exercise. I'm not sure how accurate the burned calories are on this app.

I've dropped almost 30 pounds now, eating low carb, under 1350 calories. I still get a lot of pain in knees, back and my neck. I"m hoping it gets better though. I'm starting to get some in my hip too. I'm 52 and I know what you mean by some days are better than others.

A couple hundred years ago people were doing so much more activity than now. Plus, they didn't have the kind of foods we have now. Many had to live off what they could hunt or farm. There was hunting, farming, and so many activitys that had to be done on a daily basis just to survive.

That sounds nice. I have to take lots of breaks when I walk because of my knees and back. I did 15 minutes today.

My personal experience is that is bs. You have to watch what you eat too. Exercise alone doesn't do it.

I recently had my second appointment towards getting surgery and am on the liver reduction diet. To be honest, I keep going back in forth in my head if I really want to do this surgery. I feel like if I could stay on this diet for 6 months why not just keep going on my own.
