  • Female Highest weight: 292.5 Lowest weight: 172.5 Weight now: 236 surgery: June, 2015 I understood that there could possibly be a weight gain, but I have allowed myself to go way overboard. I really hate to tell people I had the bypass surgery as I am embarrassed with the weight I have gained. I need to get my head on and…
  • I have just these couple of comments.... Follow your doc's recommendations, I was successful because I did just that. Do you have a support group to participate with? They are also a good source for follow up information. Often others share your same concerns and it does help to have support like this.
  • Thank you all for your thougts & insight. I realize there are many people with these same concerns. I always remember a person in my support group that always said that she doesn't eat one piece of food that is not written down. Well, it has worked for her....I must begin doing the same....again

  • I love those melt-in-your mouth peppermints. It only takes one to cancel my cravings after dinner....
  • Well, count me in as well.... I am beginning the journey once again and truly do lack the motivation other than I want my clothes to fit again. Together we can all do this.
  • Why Can't We be Friends..... and just why can't we be friends?
  • I think I have to be the most embarrassed person on this website. I had the gastric bypass surgery 14 years ago(already) and have gained 60 lbs. back. I really hate telling people because I feel like a failure in the fact I haven't kept it off. Well, I am going to give this a try. I hate keeping a food diary, but this is…
