  • I bought a new belt! (34" belt) I tossed the old one, so no looking back now! A few more pounds and all these 34" pants are going to have go too as they're already too big as it is.
  • Ran 10 miles and got a 5k PR 30 seconds off of being sub 30! I never thought I'd be this fast. A couple more pounds and a few more runs and I should be able to join the elusive sub 30 club!
