  • Usually once a day (2 scoops chocolate whey) when I'm aiming for a deficit. This helps me keep protein intake up when I have less calories to work with. Might continue to incorporate it when I'm aiming for maintenance cals too. (maybe with food? Love the chocolate mousse idea.)

  • I log all my work days and probably hit about 50% of my days off but I’m loosely aware of it, still use my daily ish weigh ins and trend data to adjust. Might get to a point where I use just the scale and trend weight to adjust up an down, but I intend to loosely track unless I need to take more deliberate action to stay…

  • Try changing the activity class on your garmin account. I don’t know whether setting it up or down would give you the desired effect. But it says it goes into calorie burn.

  • Finishing a marathon down 70 pounds! It’s hard to finish a marathon regardless of size but you really notice the difference in the hours after the marathon. The ability to move (albeit slowly) is increased dramatically. There was one guy running today who had dropped over 250 pounds. You go sir!
