Just got the 6X as an upgrade to the 5S. Love it. Bigger screen, battery life, and music on board were all deciding factors. I also love the visual HR data field that comes standard.

It's been a couple years, I downloaded the app for my Pebble at the time and loved that it buzzed on my wrist when to run and when to walk. Run/Walk is still my most used feature on my running watches today.

I work overnights and I try to fit in a lot of walking so the snackable portion of my lunch (usually fruit) I eat while walking before my designated lunch break which I spend half of walking the theme park I work for. If you enjoy it, do it, but maybe not the whole meal.
