How often do I work out? Not often enough! I sit at a desk all day. I get off work at 5 and get home around 5:30. I am very hungry by the time I get home so I start dinner. I do drink diet soda. Usually diet Ginger ale or diet coke. I drink it because I like it. It seems like a treat to sit down with a soda in the evening.
