Don't look at the frick fracking scale! I've become a little obsessed where every time I'm in the bathroom I want to weigh in again, which honestly kind of ruins the experience for me to see how I've done at the end of the week with just one weekly weigh in.

About me: Demisexual 29(next month) 5'7 Down 65lbs, still got a ways to go though, thinking 40-50 but we'll see where I end up. Type: prefer women(trans included ❤️), just more comfortable with them. I don't have any body shots since I've lost weight. This is from my heavier days, the corset is steel boned so it does…

I'm not a runner but I love my dresses and skirts and gold Bond friction defense is my holy Grail, it's held up to sweaty, day long trips of endless walking.…

This is a local lady I get all of my tea from. I LOVE her stuff. I regularly visit my local farmers market to pick up more from her. I've never had matcha but I did see it listed on her website. Obviously she ships. http://www.teajutsu.com/store/c13/green.html

If you're really sensitive get used to checking labels on EVERYTHING! My wife is celiac so I check everything, and am always surprised by some stupid things, for example: tomato paste, stock, spices - none of these should have gluten but alas a lot of brands have additives.

Also delicious with canned salmon.

Also carbs are sugars too. Advice wise you could try monk fruit. I made brownies with it and loved them, more expensive than stevia blends though. Xylitol and Erythritol are supposed to be the closest taste to actual sugar but alone they're not as sweet so you need more, I couldn't tell you exactly you'd have to Google…

Mmm manipulation - I want to have the edge of being slender in social situations from job interviews to the micro interactions with everyday people. I want that benefit.

I'm a stones throw away from being Chewbacca and I like it so if they have anything remotely negative to say about my body hair - "bye Felicia." My body, my rules.

I do and I have a personal pet peeve when people tell me it taste bad. No, it taste different, it literally has different ingredients then the non diet version, of course it taste different. For people who would like to switch, I suggest picking a different type then the regular version you favor. By that I mean if you…

I have this issue too and while I haven't resolved it the best thing I've found is to make myself take a drink between bites. This forces me to put my food or utensil down(don't ever hold things in both hands) while still giving me something to put in my mouth. It's a VERY, VERY slow learning process, it's so easy to just…

This is super inspiring for me, thanks!

Hello and welcome! Good luck on all your goals. Diabetes runs in my family so it's a personal concern of mine to do my best to avoid it.

RealGood chicken poppers. I saw a couple of my friends had them in their dairies recently so I went out and bought some. They're a little pricey for my frugal self but really good, might treat myself to them occasionally for those times I don't feel like cooking. https://www.realgoodfoods.com/product/poppers/

My biggest challenge is actually measuring and weighing food. I just find it super inconvenient and usually just end up estimating, which I'm still losing so I must not be too bad at my estimates, but I also tend to be under my calories by a decent chunk. Second would be not getting the results I feel like I've earned. I…

I'm very interested in this theory though. Does anyone have any reliable sources on this topic? I tried googling site:.gov and site:.org for "diet break" but didn't find anything that really talked about what it does for your body, my conclusion from that would be: nothing that can be proven - but thought I'd ask anyway.

I feel you, I try to make mine as simple as possible. Make a few chicken breasts with different sauces, throw some in with pasta, eat the others with whatever frozen veggies I feel at them time. That's about as complicated as I can be bothered with. I find the hardest part is getting bored with whatever I've made and…

I LOVE honey mustard(sweet baby Ray's is my life) so if anyone has a suggestion for an alternative or recipe (preferably tested) please let me know!

That's awesome! You go!

This probably isn't the advice anyone wants to hear and please take it with a grain of salt cause I was never a big snacker in the first place. In the past month I've started pursuing a minimalist lifestyle and a lot of that is living with intention. That mindset has inevitably transferred to my eating habits. Meaning that…

I'm a heartless wretch so keep that in mind with what I'm about to say. I would nip that crap in the bud real fast. I would make it clear this was not thoughtful in fact it is the OPPOSITE of thoughtful since he didn't consider your personal goals and challenges. I would drill him hardcore about how inconsiderate that was…

Honestly, I just woke up one day and decided to love my health as much as I loved the rest of me.

Overnight oats! Oats, cocoa powder, almond milk, protein powder (I use vanilla lean 1), flaxseeds, chia seeds, and some kind of fruit but I add that in the morning. Usually 300-350 calories, can also be made with peanut butter but that jumps the calories up, I've used the PB powder though with great success. Also cinnamon!…

Wow 8lbs is high and like the previous poster I hope it was water weight. You really only want to be losing 1-2 lbs a week- you didn't get here overnight you're not going to be going back overnight either. Losing to quickly means excess skin and likely to plateau. It would probably help if you shared some of your numbers,…

I've done 24 hours and I just kept a big bottle of water in arms reach at all times. Peed a lot, like A LOT!

Gurl, I feel you. French fries are my Achilles heel. My best advice is to avoid them as a family, suggest something else if you must do fast food. When I first started I only allowed myself "good" French fries for me that meant not fast food fries and ended up just not going to fast food places at all. I also only had to…
