Well a few years ago when I was 275lbs my goal was 200lbs now that I'm at 207lbs, I dunno, I still just feel like the same fat girl I was back then. 160ish maybe? I'm not really sure I'll ever feel like I'm not just a fat girl.

I don't shampoo but once every other month or so, and my conditioner varies, currently it's either Shae moisture or not your mother's. I always pick sulfate and silicone free products cause curly. *I don't recommend going without shampoo unless you have soft water.

I have a list of feet problems and started to have issues with shin splints. I found out it was because I was trying to correct my steps with my toes, so I would be unconsciously clenching my toes while walking. As soon as I realized that and made myself use my thighs and calves more they went away. Just my 2¢.
