    To be honest I'm SUPER angry at the word right now. Like, my mood is poisonous.
    I followed my calorie and macro limit to a T, and I've been running and lifting nearly every day this week. What gives?! Up a whole pound and a half? I mean I know we fluctuate and I'm ovulating right now but I am so ANGRY.
