  • If you’re on your phone, just tap any Premium banner or link. Then tap again where it says Buy (it wont actually buy it until you confirm with a third tap). Now you should see pricing. I think it’s $10 per month, or $50 for a whole year.
  • I’ve had a lot of success with Keto. If interested in some yummy recipes or tips, feel free to add me! 🙂

  • Hi! Been on Keto since 9/18 and have lost 40 lbs or so. Feel free to add me! I love swapping recipes and tips!
  • Also, feel free to add me y’all!
  • Yeah I was pretty impressed by CM recipes. LOTS of them available! It’s also a little less intuitive adding recipes here, or maybe that’s just my perspective... Add me and we can swap recipes? 😉
  • Happy bday! Do you have a plan or strategy? I wish you the best!

  • Is that what the option is called? Insights? Hmmm I’ll take a look. It’s also the reddish text that seems to be warning me about high fat content, and other subtle things like that. I’m not saying it’s a dealbreaker or anything, just a little confrontational 😉
  • Ha! I was about to say add me, but you already did! Sounds like you’re making some good progress. I was 226 when I started and am now in the mid 180s. I also did a mid length fast at some point. Check out this movie on prime: https://tv.apple.com/us/movie/fasting/umc.cmc.2awpy1e4pmbzjy6mkl16vxxl1 I did mine for 9 days. I…
  • Lol I tried getting to your diary earlier in this thread, but I don’t see a link for that! What am I missing? Do we fave to be friends?
  • Yes! Recipe swaps? Yay. Have you watched Magic Pill on netflix? Highly recommend. Great info and really inspiring. Add or message me?
  • That’s what I’m hoping for! I have a bunch of custom foods and meals in CM, maybe I can import them...
  • Avocado has a texture that takes getting used to. I like mine with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Yum. Nuts or turkey and cream cheese are fine as long as they satisfy you! You can also experiment with fattier meats like roast beef, corned beef, or chicken/turkey thighs. More flavor! Another great option is…
  • Same macros here! I have changed the app goals, and that is working properly. The problem is that as a free member, I can’t adjust my profile to “low-carb” in settings. So when I log meals, the app warns me with orange and red text about high fat content. It also seems to prompt me to eat low fat meals in subtle ways. Not…
  • Technically this is accurate, but I would state it differently. I don’t see it as a reduction at all! Instead you shift your intake from carbs to fat and protein. Fat/protein is far more satiating, and lasting. So I can eat eggs and bacon in the morning, and not be hungry again til it’s time for my next meal. The only…
  • Yeah, though the app is definitely geared toward low calorie/fat. For instance, even after specifying my Keto macros, the app “warns” me about fat intake and prompts me toward low calorie, high carb foods. I am not a paying member, but I see that premium members can switch their profile to low carb. I wonder if this…
  • I drink Fat Coffee! Black coffee with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. I also add colostrum to mine, but that’s unrelated to Keto 😉. Or you can try good grass fed butter instead of coconut oil. Both are delicious. And there are many Keto-friendly sweeteners available now. Fat bombs majorly help my sweet cravings. Try this link. If…
  • You got this.
  • Ah, good to know! Thanks!
  • Thanks! I’ll check it out. Haven’t dug into the nutrient part of this app yet... good to know you’re having success.
  • Awesome! Congratulations. Have you watched The Magic Pill on Netflix? Highly recommend. Obviously you want to track your macros until you get a better understanding of how much fat, pritein and carbs you need daily. Of course that’s probably why you’re here! 😉 Get yourself some urinalysis strips from Amazon or something.…
  • Your weight and your happiness have nothing to do with each other. Sometimes it feels like they do, but this is not true. Conflating these two issues can be a problem, because you base your happiness on something outside of yourself. I’d be happy to share resources to work on both independently. Message or add if…
  • Lemm change that to “best of success”, cuz luck has nothin to do with it! 😉
  • Hi! I just joined yesterday ;) So far so good! Best of luck on your journey!
  • Hi! New here, but have been on this journey since August 2018. I’m 52 and am interested in defining my muscles a little more. In the last 3 months of 2018 I managed to drop about 45 lbs with a Keto lifestyle and intermittent fasting. Great community so far!
  • Your timeline is pretty demanding! I lost 45 lbs or so in 3 months combining Keto with intermittent fasting. I stopped losing only because I felt too thin (and none of my clothes fit anymore 😉) I don’t know how to add friends yet but I’d be happy to share my resources if you find them helpful! 👍👍
  • I looked at it. But when I replied to my “coach’s” email, I got an auto-responder. They don’t seem to support Keto, which is what I’m all about, so I never signed up officially.
  • Breastfeeding and severely restricted caloric intake don’t sound like a happy match. Have you researched a Keto diet combined with breastfeeding? The high fat and protein levels would probably be a great fit. I can share resources if you’d like.
