Originally I had it set at what weight I wanted to see for myself in high school (145 pounds). Then I thought that probably was no longer "realistic" for me, and I have it set to 175. I truly feel I'll be happier with myself at that weight. I'll still be considered "over weight," but 175 is nearly 100 pounds away for me.
