I am 66 and started my fitness pal on January 1… My first goal was to lose 15 pounds by our cruise which we leave next Saturday… I hit that goal today My next goal is to have between 15 and 20 more pounds off by my birthday in July… I do better with little small goals

I have been doing it for the past month… The past two weeks I have also been doing it the five 5:2 diet where you eat normal for like five days and then any two days you pick you can really lower your calorie intake… I did really good with weight loss on it ( I have trouble losing even a pound between my age and only half…
