I have to watch my caffeine intake so I drink diet, caffeine free pepsi however I am going to try to stop drinking it because I don't enjoy it like I once did and I know it is a chemical cesspool.

Day 1 of healthier life style so starting slow. 15 minute walk. But better than 15 minutes on the couch.
