Personal choice for everyone in my opinion, shaving makes me so itchy. My wife shaves hers and I always feel so bad when the hair comes back in and she's all itchy!

Recipes for me don't really have to be low fat, I'm just targeting a certain number of carbs vs protein intake. I meet with my nutritionist on the 6th and I'm really looking forward to fine tuning what I've been up to so far. My issue is finding a good spot for recipes others have tried out, at least I can gauge something…

Does it show more than 5 nutrients in the food log? I know the printout adds a couple more but it would be nice to see more than just the 5 on the log's main page.

Indeed, really good way to go. Doing the same, after my little one started school I am taking more time to focus on my health and weight. Those of us who are parents rarely have time for ourselves, but once we do I think we do ok. :smile:

I haven't been skating in a long time, I was thinking about picking rollerblading back up after I get to a good weight. Would be nice to dust off my "blades" and roll around the neighborhood.
