  • Cinnamon is great for regulating blood sugar as is cloves. Also adding garlic, fresh herbs to your meals. Avoiding artificial sweeteners (chemical *kitten* storm). Limiting carbs that are high on the glycemic index also helps with BSR. Good luck!
